• I would check with Sony about that 70-300 lens. I believe to be used on a A7rii they should be EF lens.

• Yes,on the Sony A7 RII(A7III,A7II,A7R,A7S,A7,A7RIII,ETC) the 70-300mm G OSS can certainly be used.Its a(FE) full frame E mount lens,really great for the money.Ive personally used this combo myself and can say it's a good choice for medium range viewing,photography.
