Hitting the snooze button adjusts the display from bright to dim & off, try that?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried hitting the snooze button on it? I found out by mistake that the snooze button actually dims the main screen & will take it to black. Hopefully that will work for you.

For now, you can just do a power reset by unplugging the power cord out of the wall outlet and plugging it back in.
