IS THIS BLURAY FOR ALL REGION AND ALL ZONE? null

This is for standard Blu-Ray approved videos. I can't speak for overseas, which may also require 220 volt compatibility. In the old days NTSC was the standard for video while PAL and SECAM or other formats were compatible in other counties. I assume that is what you mean by regions since Blu-Ray is standard coast to coast.
