We apologize but this product does not have Dolby Atmos. You may want to check this model, UBP-X800, which has the feature you are looking for.

The Nano has no problem playing back blue ray with a great picture I might add and as long as you can hook your Denon up by way of HDMI cord I think it would not only work but the TV remote will work your Denon player also without you entering any codes. Just make sure your disc player is turned on and hooked up when you initially turn on your new TV set. 
If your disc player does not have a HDMI output the RCA cables will work, it's just that it's going to compromise the video and sound quality.
