Yes, you can absolutely hook up a Roku to your HT-A8000. You can plug the Roku directly into the HDMI IN port on the back of the soundbar for the best audio quality, or plug it into your TV and let the sound travel to the bar via the HDMI eARC/ARC connection. Both methods work perfectly!

Yes, I have my Roku device plugged into my TV and then have an HDMI cord out via my ARC HDMI port to my Bar 8 center channel. You can also plug in your Roku via HDMI to your Bar 8 and then HDMI out to your TV. Either way works great with the Bar 8 speaker. Enjoy.
