No because mine uses wires. Yours is probably wireless.

Unfortunately, the SA-CS9 115W 10” Active Subwoofer will not work with your HTRT5. This subwoofer will only work with an amplifier/AV receiver that has a special jack for a subwoofer like a MONO OUT jack, MIX OUT jack, SUBWOOFER output jack(s), or SUPER WOOFER output jack(s). You can also connect the amplifier or AV receiver if it does not have the above-mentioned output jacks to the SPEAKER IN terminals of the subwoofer. For your HTRT5, we are sorry, but cannot guarantee the full operation and functionality of other subwoofers to your HTRT5. We recommend using only the supplied subwoofer of the unit (SA-WRT5).
