Yes. This sub has an input jack as well as speaker level inputs. This is a powered sub, so it will have to be plugged into a wall outlet. Also you will have to run auto setup or select SWFR (per the YSP4000 owners manual instructions) on the YSP4000 to be able to listen with this sub or any sub while using the subwoofer out put jack.
