Input impedance of amplifier cannot be 6 ohm. No way! Input of speaker can be 6 ohm. Not input of amplifier. But input of speaker (subwoofer) is driven by amplifier, receiver output drives input of subwoofer amplifier. so people need to know what input impedance of amplifier, not speaker.
