“I have a STRDH190 receiver that's connected to 2 ceiling speakers & 2 exterior speakers each on their own zone. How do I connect the sub to be on the zone with the built in ceiling speakers? there is no sub out connection on the receiver”

Connect the receiver's speaker ouputs for the zone you want to use to the speaker inputs of the subwoofer; connect the subwoofer speaker outputs to the zone speakers. Use ordinary speaker wire for this.
