Hi Cher, Thank you so much for your inquiry. The SA-CS9 115W 10” Active Subwoofer usually connect to an amplifier or AV receiver that supports one or both of the following connections: - MONO OUT jack - MIX OUT jack - SUBWOOFER output jack(s) - SUPER WOOFER output jack(s) • You can also connect your amplifier or AV receiver if it does not have the above-mentioned output jacks to the SPEAKER IN terminals of the subwoofer. Unfortunately, this subwoofer cannot accommodate 5 speakers and doesn't support a TV/AV devices connection. You will need to have an AV receiver like the STR-DH590 to accommodate your setup. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think what you need is a home theater receiver. There are speaker connection on the woofer, but these are intended for stereo speakers. If you have a 5.1 speaker set up then you will need a receiver to connect the 2 front speakers, the middle speaker, and the 2 rear speakers. the sub woofer would connect to a dedicated port on the receiver as well. This is assuming all speakers other than to sub woofer are considered small or medium size speakers. If your speakers are large then you shouldn't even need a subwoofer. Your TV, CD player and DVD/Bluray player if you also have one would connect into the receiver. The receiver would then be used to switch audio and video components. Any Best Buy customer rep should be able help, you pick out and good receiver.
