• Twin lead copper 16 guage would be sufficient. Watch polarity. Speakers are 6ohm/100watts

• Hi, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you will need an amplifier/receiver for you to be able to use these speakers with your projector. You may also need to check the other connections available on your projector for the amplifier/receiver. You'll be needing a standard speaker wire. Regards, Erin
