The Sony Voice Recorders have the supplied software (Digital Voice Editor or Sound Organizer) for transferring the recordings to the Computer. You can transfer the files and transcribe them from Voice to text in the computer using any of the Transcribing Software. Some of the Sony IC recorders have Dragon Naturally Speaking Software supplied that can transcribe the voice to text.
