• this is a very basic, entry level point and shoot. Nothing fancy and doesn't even have Wi-Fi. Not likely to have the features you're looking for.

• To my knowledge the camera does not respond to voice commands. I have not tried to sync 2 cameras together, so can't answer you second question. I talk to inanimate objects often but none respond well.
