“Do you need a cable to download to a computer and where do I get one? I have and older Sony camera that used a cable and it came with the camera.”

I asked that question too. Think you have to get a separate one. There is always the option of removing the memory card and sticking it into a dedicated slot in a computer OR getting a small multi-card unit that plugs into a USB port.
