A:AnswerHi, pckass2019!
Unfortunately, using an HDMI-to-RCA cable will not work. If your Vankyo projector supports RCA input, we would suggest connecting the DVD player to the projector using an RCA-to-RCA type cable. -Sam
A:AnswerHi, kookie!
To hook up the DVD player to your TV, connect an RCA cable to the component out of the player to the component in of the TV. And your cable service should be directly connected to the TV. -Sam
A:AnswerHello, Bob! Yes, you can play music regardless of file type with multi-format playback. Please note: DVD players are designed to playback discs that conform to the Compact Disc (CD) standard. Dual Discs and some music discs encoded with copyright protection technologies do not conform to the Compact Disc (CD) standard. Therefore, these discs may not be compatible or may not playback as expected. Thank you! - Romeo
A:AnswerHi, Jim104! Unfortunately, it doesn't have a USB port. You may want to consider getting a Blu-ray player which supports video playback via USB. Please refer to this link for our current line of Blu-ray players:

A:AnswerHi, tim! If you are asking if the player can be operated using batteries, no. This DVD player should be connected to the wall outlet to work. -Vincent
A:AnswerHi, Kat!
Unfortunately, you cannot watch Netflix on this DVD player, since this is not an internet capable device. I would suggest getting a Bluray player like the BDPS6700 or the BDPS3700 instead.
-Sam
A:AnswerHi, Tranard!
We don't have an app to control this unit. We strongly recommend using the supplied remote of the DVD player.
Happy to help,
