• Try other portals on the TV or on the TV INPUT, go the AV 1.

• It will be necessary to check the connection, make sure that if you are using composite cords (yellow, red and white) the yellow cord is connected where it says VIDEO OUT and if you are using composite cords (green, blue and red) connect them where it says COMPONENT VIDEO OUT ?Y, PB and PR. After following these steps please make sure that you check the connections also on your television.~ Jeannette
