Dose this DVD player play German DVDS Pal null

I DO NOT THINK IT DOES BECAUSE OF THE SPEED OF THE DVD PLAYER, AND THE WAY IT READS THE DISC. . THERE ARE OTHER VARIATIONS AS TO WHY IT POSSIBLY WILL NOT PLAY GERMAN DVDS'. I HAVE NOT TRIED THAT. I AM SORRY I COULDN'T BE OF MORE HELP. GOOD LUCK.
