• You probably have everything hooked up correctly but have the TV set to the wrong setting. I have found this to be the problem when I have run into this problem myself in the past. Maybe your TV needs to be set to HDMI - go through the TV settings while disc is running and you hear audio, and possibly by changing the input settings you will solve your issue. Good luck.

• I've had the same problem when not switching from cable to Video /DVD output. I then have to use the remote for DVD player.
