This lens is NOT for full frame cameras so it will not work on the A9.

Please try again later.Hi DisneyGranny, the lens is compatible with A9 but please be aware since it is designed for a crop sensor camera, the angle of view will be narrower down to that of APS-C size. We recommend zoom lenses designed for full frame camera like these models : SEL70300G, SEL70200G, or SEL70200GM.
