Great question! The CRE-E10s come with a one year warranty which covers battery issues. There are also protection plans that you can purchase on sony's website within 90 days of purchase to extend this coverage. If battery replacement is need outside of warranty this would need to go in for repair. Erin
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Batteries are not replaceable by owner. I’m sure Sony can replace/update when the time comes. Not sure how long rechargeable batteries last but if one maintains them according to owners manual they should last for years.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve only had to use mine for 6 hours and they worked great (meeting in hard to hear conf room). Literature states 26 hours. Batteries are rechargeable NOT replaceable.
