• Hi Allan, great question. Sony OTC hearing aids do not pair directly to the apple watch, as Apple watches do not offer an MFI pairing option at this time. Regards, Erin

• Literature states iPhone. Mine work fine through iPhone and Bluetooth. I use iPods for exercise activities.
