A:AnswerThe Camera can record and save two file formats at the same time. Check your settings under Image Quality/Size to change the quality and size. The best format is AVCHD. I plug the memory card into my Laptop to download them. Finding the files on the memory card can be a challenge. The MP4 files are lower quality and are in the MP ROOT/100ANV01 folder. The AVCHD files are the largest files. These files are in the Private/AVCHD/BDMV/STREAM folder. I hope this helps.
