• Yes, audio in Jack on back, it uses rca/coax, probably need Y cable that is white and red coax to 3.5 headphone jack

• I connected my laptop through the RCA input jack, your cd player may have the 3.5mm output (headphone out), so you can buy 3.5mm to 2 channel rca male wire.
