A:AnswerThe xb60 is smaller and has an internal battery. I own both and they are both great speakers. The XB60 is still pretty loud so if you’d like the convenience of long life battery power go with the XB60. If you need more volume and bass, and have the ability to keep it plugged in then the XB72 is what you want.
A:AnswerHi Emo,
No, GTKXB7 and GTKXB72 cannot be connected wirelessly. GTKXB7 can only be connected with the same model. As a suggestion, kindly use the wired party chain function.

Sam
A:AnswerThere's an audio input connection that should let you add it to an existing sound system. It will not connect wirelessly to your subwoofer, though. This is a wired connection only.
A:AnswerYes...I know some portable speakers Can operate without being plunged in for a couple of hours but not this one. You need have it plunged in to work
A:AnswerThere's +/- buttons on the top of the speaker, but I never use them on mine. I recommend downloading the Sony Music Center app if you haven't already. It allows you to control all the options of the speaker from your phone, including the volume.
A:AnswerI'm assuming it's just a newer model but honestly I tried the x90 at the store because they didn't have the x72 because it's older but it sounded just as good if not better honestly.
