- Answer Our model only has 120 v standard US power cable. Not sure how to convert but I believe it is only 120V

QuestionI have a GTK XB7, it used to connect to my ipod touch device easily, but now does not seem to find it during the pairing attempts. I have restored the speaker settings but it still does not connect. Bummer, no jams!

- Answer Hi, Netooo, You can connect devices and play music with this speaker via Bluetooth connection, but it does not have a built-in battery. It needs to be connected to the wall outlet. You may want to try the GTK-XB90. The XB90 has a built-in rechargeable battery. -Vincent

QuestionMy Sony gkt-xb7 keeps turning off when I go to take off in my side by side. Once I’m at a constant speed it plays fine... is there a way to stop this? I think it’s thinking that I’m turning it sideways when I go to take off

- Answer No , remember Bluetooth is usually one way transmission, headphones only receive , so does this speaker, cellphones are transmitters.

QuestionI have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. It wont locate GTX-XB72 under bluetooth devices. My other half has an S9 and has no problem locating the device on his phone. Any recommendations?

- Answer Once it has been paired to the s9, it will automatically show on his phone when he is within range of the speaker and turns on his bluetooth. Have you already paired your s9+ with the speaker? Please try this: turn off bluetooth on the s9 (or make sure it's not in range of the speaker). Next, enable the speaker for pairing and search for it on your s9+ (with your bluetooth on, ofcourse. Once paired, you should have no issue connecting. Only one device can connect at a time when both devices are closeby and have bluetooth enabled. This means you may need to switch off bluetooth on s9 if you want to use s9+ or vice versa.
