“The sound quality of my Sony OLD 83" TV, 7000 soundbar and 2 wireless speakers is unacceptable. The sound quality as advertised is not the same. Why do i have to keep turning the TV up to 50 to 60 to hear it?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try turning on the Voice option on your remote. Also turn off Audio DRC and Turn on Advanced auto volume. To do this Press Home on the remote >setup>advanced settings>audio settings. Make sure Audio DRC is off, it limits the volume by as much as 50%
