We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the soundbar playing audio from external devices connected to your HTG700. For this, the external device is connected to the Bluetooth of the HTG700 to play the audio, we recommend having the Bluetooth function of the HTG700 turned off when not in use. To disable the Bluetooth, please Set [BT] - [POWER] to [OFF] using the settings menu of the HTG700.
