Hi there, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, you can. You have the option to change the Brightness of the Front Panel Display of the HTG700 or Turn it off by pressing the DIMMER button on the remote. If the front panel display is off, it will not show the front panel display.

No, you can dim it, but can’t turn it off completely.
