Does it works in a PC with USB cable? null

I bought the PowerA cable and it worked. As long as the cable supports data transfer, it will work.

Not sure, I know you can connect them wirelessly so I guess you could also do it via usb

Yes ps5 controllers work with PC, specifically if you're using it to play steam games.
