You can get the controllers on amazon, walmart, etc as long as they sell the console as well. I think i know amazon has them for sure.

Not sure, I had the same issue when I was looking for other color controllers that I wanted. I ended up looking somewhere else to get the purple one. There are still shortages on things still so that could be it too. May have to keep checking back to see if they get one in stock or just go in person to the store since the online stuff my not be correct.

Are you trying to buy it in a specific color? When I bought mine I got it on sale for Black Friday but I could only choose the camo one. I tried to buy one now in my area and there’s no issue but I didn’t try to buy any other color. Just the camo.

I am unsure if you are referring to the general controller as an available accessory or specifically the Camo color, which I bought.

Ironically, this was the ONLY color that BB had on their shelf at the location I stopped in, not even the original whites on a deck plate or peg hook to be found.  Really odd for the current gen to be neglected so maybe general supply constrain on all the flavors?

This store’s Sony section was in disarray and seemingly uncared for overall to be fair: no CSR in sight to even engage about where anything was, show some needed love to the gaming section or offer me a protection plan [lol] but they had exactly 2 of this color stocked and it is a sleek one, worthy of tracking down.  Try ordering online if still considering, def available and def cool.

Had the same thing happen with an iPhone, keep trying website is bad.
