• If you’re controller has Bluetooth 4 or newer than yes. Or if you’re using Steam. It has a feature for linking dualsense controllers. If not, you can by a Bluetooth receiver pretty cheap.

• In what context? U want it to be able to play emulated games then u can connect it thru Bluetooth, but if u want it to play ps remote play then u would have to keep it connected thru USB
