• Maybe something’s is lose in the controller cus mines doesn’t do that

• Did you drop it? Try cleaning it with alcohol wipes or buy the compressed air and try cleaning it.

• Maybe try lowering down the intensity of the vibration, if the noise still happens, call customer service and get a replacement
