Yes it does. Its more of a visual color scheme change in celebration of Uncharted 4's release

It is the exact same controller as the one that launched with the PS4. However it does not come with its own charger cord, which sucked imo.

Yup, it's just another PS4 controller but you can be a cool kid and have a limited edition gray blue one.

The great blue color is nice. Yes, same features, however the rubber on the analog sticks is a bit grippier which is hard to tell from the pictures. I like them better than standard PS4 controllers.
