• I'm pretty sure you can my kids connect them to ipads and I use them on PC so I would thank so

• The ps4 remotes are bluetooth, however due to programming, they can only be installed directly into ps4 as they don't have any signals to identify. Even when tou het a new controller, you must plug it directly into tour ps4 for it to be used and configured for your specific ps4 Hope this helps
