Some PS5 controllers have been noted to have "stick drift" after being dropped or long term usage. Its time to buy another. Another option is buying the $200 PS5 Pro Controller which has interchangable sticks as well as various other features. You can purchase Stick replacements for said pro controller for $20. Hope this helps.

Your controller gyro pins are wearing down due to constant use. Get a new gyro install or buy either a new controller n warranty or get the new ps5 advance controller

Stick drift happens when dust or dirt get into the inside of your analog sticks ...Maybe try cleaning them?
