You need to download the app and it will walk you through the process on your iPhone, these aren’t compatible with Android phones.

Please try again later.Hi, Sony OTC hearing aids include a self-fitting process that allows the user to fit the Sony OTC hearing aids themselves guided by the Sony | Hearing Control app. The self-fitting process includes a hearing profile check to determine if the user’s hearing profile is compatible with the devices, and if so, configures the appropriate settings tailored to the user's hearing profile. Once a hearing profile check has been performed, it can be repeated periodically. Also, after the hearing profile check, the user can further customize the volume and sound quality within the app, based on their listening preferences. Regards, Erin
