This bundle comes with a physical copy of the base game, along with the digital content from the deluxe edition, most likely a voucher

Yes, it does come with it with this special edition console. There is a redemption code inside of the game case on the left hand side of the case, there are two pieces of paper in there and one has the code to redeem the 3 suits, quest/maps and tokens to increase your characters abilities.
