you can cancel it if you cancel within a reasonable time before the console comes out. If you wait until the week of release to cancel you're probably better off just returning it to the bestbuy store when you receive it if you change your mind then. They do charge instantly on bestbuy they don't wait until they ship to charge so you can cancel for free but youll have to be charged and refunded.
