Sony never announced a for sure release drop time unfortunately. Probably for good reasons, however insider leaks say it will be at 8am on 24th. Store are not selling all of them online however they are reserving a few for in store purchase only so if you get to your local Best Buy as soon as they open at 9am you are probably gonna be able to grab one as long as there wasn't a line.
