What does open box mean are they working null

Open box means... well open box lol This is bestbuy's version of used. Items could be returned for several reasons such as being unsatisfied, needing the money back, or parents realizing they bought the wrong system. This accounts for things like manuals missing, fingerprints, and missing screen protectors.. I believe they test it to see if it still runs and works properly just like gamestop and im sure you can return it if it doesn't. But being that this is so new i doubt the price difference will be worth not just buying a new one.
