No. Usually save data or ownership for video games cannot be transferred between platforms. Some games are cross platform (people playing on PC, Xbox, Playstation, Switch, etc can connect to each other to play multiplayer games) but cross platform games are very few and far between especially when it gets to Sony and Playstation.
