This happened to me today. I'm old school, so having something in your cart means it is in your shopping cart. If you are pushing your cart through the store headed to the checkout, the only way it can come out of it is by you putting it back on shelf or someone being greedy and putting their grubby hands in your cart against your will and stealing it from you. I don't get it. It is kind of a shady business practice.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.that's not bad customer service... you just lucked out
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dude what do you expect when over a million people put in a order at the same exact time? There's going to be a cut off
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. How's that bad customer service? There are hundreds of thousands of people doing the same thing you are. They beat you to it. Welcome to trying to buy your first console on launch day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.what happens is people that resell these on eBay use bots to buy up every single preorder before any gets a chance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because you are too slow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just because it’s in your cart does not mean it’s yours till payment is processed. You are angry about nothing. It’s a high demand item that is low in stock, you shouldn’t expect to compete with thousands and bots. Have real expectations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just because you have something in your cart does not mean you have purchased it. You could have something random in your cart just sit there without finishing and come back later and finish and still by it because they still have it to sell. They dont have extra to sell so because you didnt finish first it was wasa pulled to fill another.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Customer service means nothing on a website, especially when the website is running on a thin line because there are multiple thousands on at once. You didn't get one, and that's that. It's unfortunate, but you cannot blame the company when there's no technology in the world that could handle this traffic as of now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.THEY FREAKING DID THE SAME TO ME, IT WAS IN MY CART AND THEN THEY SAID IT WAS SOLD OUT WTFFFFF
