When will I be able to make a pre-order? null

Pre-orders are not TECHNICALLY a thing once the product has released, but since there is no "same day pickup" I guess the term could apply. But there is no date confirmed by anyone or for any site. Keep your eye on Twitter on pages who update frequently, as this is how I got mine.
