“how come when i try to buy something listed as open box it says it cant be shipped to my location?? there is a best buy near my house and I live in a big neighborhood so I'm not in the middle of no where”

Open box is generally returns and are specific to the store they were returned to from what I understand. You might just need to go pick it up if you manage to get one.
