Great question but BestBuy will not let you know when thr pre-orders will start up again. According to Sony PS, due to their screw up, there will be more preorders available before November 12th and after! Word of advice look at all the big sites all the time until you finally get it. It can be a lot of work! I am an Essential worker so my hours were crazy. They were so bad that I missed the First day it went on pre-order. I am hoping I can get one pre-ordered myself! Good Luck!
