Same thing happened to me, I literally had the website up reloaded it, because it wouldn’t load, and when it did it was sold out, but they have a thing on Walmart to get an email when they restock, I’m not sure about Best Buy.

a lot of people are using bots to get their systems this early into launch, it’ll be very difficult for normal people to get their hands on one unless they pre ordered the console. I’d give it 2-3 before you have an actual chance at ordering one. Sorry it has to be this way.
