Bestbuy kinda does the same thing as amazon in the essence that returns will try to be resold (on Amazon they say used). Here they label them 'open box' as the box has been opened. Im pretty sure they test every product first to be sure it works (and they have high standards for returns.. i think) but this accounts for say.. fingerprints, damaged boxes, missing manuals(?), removal of those plastic screen protectors and so on. Ive never had an issue with it but in most cases the prices on open boxes here on bestbuy are so close to the new price I'd rather get a new item.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It means you shop an open box, not new, already opened, returned, box damaged, found on the floor in a warehouse, was it really rocket science?
