There was no pre-order list at Best Buy, or anywhere else. really.

I thought i was on the list too.I called Bestbuy customer service and they said Bestbuy met their batch of orders so they cut orders off.I was given a $10 gift card.Also i'm a Computer tech guys so yeah they had order issues on their site.Besbuy wasn't prepared.

Best bet is waiting at the store, prior day all preorder were canceled due to COVID and room capacity

I was on the list too, I got a notification at like 6 pm MT time and was trying to preorder for 6 hours last night. I actually had a few orders go through and got order confirmation and all but then talked to best buy this morning and they did not have my order at all with the 2 order confirmation numbers I had. Basically they sold out and the individuals that had issues had to wait until the next batch to pre order.
