Yes. 99% of PS4 digital games (and physical discs if you buy the $500 version) will be playable on PS5.

Yes. With the Blu Ray Version you can use your old ps4 discs or any downloaded digital bought games. With the digital only you won't be able to use just disc based games you own for the ps4 and would have to purchase the digital version.

Yes, many of which will get a natural boost in performance thanks to the better hardware involved in the PS5. Some of which will have a PS5 update applied to take even further advantage of the hardware. If you install them on the SSD, you will see vastly improved load times.
