• Ignore Jcbro. They are mostly incorrect. PS5 titles will ONLY work with the system's internal SSD and compatible M.2 drives in the future. However, PS4 titles on an external HDD will work on the PS5.

• HDD memory cards will not work on the ps5, the ps5 uses SDD so any HDD will not work. They have started selling the SDD for the ps5, but its pricy and it comes from a thrd party company hope this helps
